The works for Family Market Tomeşti officially begin. The investment in the proximity retail concept developed by the IULIUS company amounts to 28 million euros.

The Family Market Tomeşti project, developed by the IULIUS company, has received the building permit, representing an important step in the realization of the new proximity retail concept dedicated to the local community. The 28 million euro investment will include a leasable area of ​​over 13,000 sqm, a personalized mix of facilities, services and brands, green spaces of over 10,000 sqm, recreation areas and outdoor activities, approximately 450 parking spaces, as well as new connections and pedestrian accesses through infrastructure modernization works in the area. The project is estimated to be completed in the last quarter of 2026, according to a company statement.
